On 13 March 2025 at 12:30 hrs. , H.E. Mr. Rooge Thammongkol, Ambassador of Thailand to Mexico, and his spouse, hosted a luncheon in honour of the Thai delegation to the IPU Global Conference of Women Parliamentarians 2025, led by Ms. Visaradee Techateerawat, Member of Thailand's House of Representatives.

During the visit, the Thai delegation visited the premises of the Royal Thai Embassy in Mexico City and signed the guest book.

The Ambassador gave a brief overview of the status and roles of women in Mexico compared to Thailand. He also shared with the delegation the Embassy's mission and activities in promoting Thailand-Mexico relations, especially in trade and investment as well as the promotion of Thai soft power in Mexico, and in protecting the interests of Thai people in Mexico.
