On January 30, 2025, between 11:00 - 12:30 hrs., H.E. Mr. Rooge Thammongkol, Ambassador of Thailand to Mexico, together with his spouse and Embassy officials, welcomed ASEAN Ambassadors to Mexico and their spouses, as well as Mr. Fernando Gonzalez Saiffe, Director General for Asia-Pacific, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, on the occasion of the official inauguration of the new premises of the Royal Thai Embassy in Mexico City.

The ceremony began with the Thai Ambassador delivering welcome remarks and expressing gratitude to the distinguished guests for attending the event. The Ambassador and the Director General then jointly cut the ribbon, symbolizing the official opening of the new Embassy premises. The guests also had the opportunity to sign the congratulatory book to commemorate this special occasion.

Following the inauguration, the guests were invited to tour the new Embassy premises, guided by the Ambassador. The event concluded with a networking session and light refreshments in a warm and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the strong friendship and cooperation between Thailand, Mexico, and ASEAN member countries in Latin America.
