Today, February 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM, H.E. Mr. Rooge Thammongkol, Ambassador of Thailand to Mexico, met with Ms. Jina Osothsilp, CEO of GDH 559 Co., Ltd., and her team to discuss on the further promotion of Thai films in Mexico. The meeting agreed to support the activities in Mexico, starting with negotiations to screen the film "The Paradise of Thorns" during the Pride Parade in Mexico City. Later, at the “Thailand Week” event in August 2025, the film "The Red Envelope" will be featured, with possibility of the lead actor Billkin, Putthipong Assaratanakul, joining the event. Other films, such as "Flat Girls", will also be screened in Thailand Week. Additionally, Thai films produced by GDH will be screened at the Thai Film Festival at UNAM in Mexico City.
