On March 5, 2025, between 7:00 - 9:30 PM, H.E. Mr. Rooge Thammongkol, Ambassador of Thailand to Mexico, along with his wife, hosted a dinner in honor of H.E. Mr. Cheppy T. Wartono, Ambassador of Indonesia to Mexico, and his wife, on the occasion of the completion of his tenure in Mexico. ASEAN ambassadors and representatives in Mexico also attended the dinner.

In his remarks, the Thai Ambassador expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Wartono for his significant role in promoting the relationship between ASEAN and Mexico, and wished him success in his future endeavors. The atmosphere of the dinner was warm and friendly, and the guests enjoyed singing karaoke together after the dinner, which is one of the cherished cultural practices shared among ASEAN nations.
