• Payments in Mexico: Applicants must deposit the cash in USD for the exact amount at Scotiabank only. The original bank receipt is required for the visa procedure. No deposits will be accepted through checks or other means.
• Payments abroad (outside Mexico): When applicants make payments via international transfers, the bank commission with the amount of 26 USD incurred by the receiver bank for international transfers for every 100 USD deposited must be added to the visa fee. The embassy does not absorb this cost. Applicants must be aware of the bank commission incurred from the sender bank in your country.
  • For example, the fee of a single-entry tourist visa for one person is 40 USD. When applicants make a payment, the bank commission of 26 USD must be added to the amount to be paid. The amount to be paid shall be 66 USD. Applicants must cover the bank commission from the sender bank in your country.
• Payments in Guatemala: Only international transfers by Banco Industrial are accepted (No JP Morgan Chase and BAC).

Notes

• Since the bank receipt is valid within the current month and the fee is non-refundable, please ensure that the documents will arrive in time (same month once you make a payment).
• Do not make any payment yet until the documents are complete.
• Mobile banking or online transfer is not acceptable.

Processing time

The processing time depends on the demand for the visa. The visa procedure shall be complete within 2-3 business days after the submission of the documents.
